Last July 2017, we partnered up with Apron Up for a cooking class. The menu was pretty simple, it’s the best Hanoi has to offer. Bun Cha (Grilled Pork Noodles), Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), Nem Ran (Fried Spring Rolls), Nom Du Du (Green Papaya Salad), and Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee).
