ianandmarOne of the reasons why we keep coming back to Bangkok is because of the super cool accommodations you will find around the city. There are the 5-star hotels, sure, those that you can only dream of because as a backpacker or traveler with a budget, those are not in your options.
However, there are hotels that meet your budget without sacrificing the value for money and quality of service you receive. Not to mention the modern hipster vibe youngsters like us dig (hey, we still haven’t reached the 3-0 mark so this category still includes us!). 😀
It just so happened that when we were browsing hotels for our stay in Bangkok, THA City Loft Hotel popped up. And because of the artsy interiors, we were quickly lured in.

We loved everything about the hotel but the most noteworthy part of it all is definitely the whole local Bangkokian artsy vibe! Furthermore, where can you find a hotel which has all the cool hangout spots literally a few steps away? Because we aren’t into bars and fancy dining areas, we enjoyed chilling at Light Loft the most. Easily spent a few hours there working on our laptops, editing videos because our whole life is obviously all videos. 😀
As much as we’d like to stay or even live there, it’s a love-hate relationship. Loved staying and hated leaving but then again, will probably visit Bangkok in the near future and will definitely stay here again.

Yes! You can check out Thee Hotel as well. I prefer that over this hotel if you ask my opinion. Everything is walking distance and the cheapest rate I found online is only USD 30 for a beautiful room per night!
