We did a food tour with Hanoi Street Food Tour. With an English speaking local guide who brought us around the ins and outs of Old Quarter, Hanoi, We were able to try 10 dishes in total, some local to Hanoi only, while some widely available throughout Vietnam.
Last July 2017, we partnered up with Apron Up for a cooking class. The menu was pretty simple, it’s the best Hanoi has to offer. Bun Cha (Grilled Pork Noodles), Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), Nem Ran (Fried Spring Rolls), Nom Du Du (Green Papaya Salad), and Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee).
