Hue Cycling brought us around the city for half a day. The best thing to explore a town is through a bike/motorbike because you get to see things that aren’t presented to you. We cycled 7 km away from town to the countryside, through temples, rice fields, and Than Toan Bridge.
In Vietnam, there are touristy food and actual authentic foods that locals enjoy. Together with Travease, who helped us in choosing the best local food tour guide for a night out in Hanoi, we explored the ins and outs of Hanoi’s night scene while munching on snacks…
You are here probably because you saw our CÀ PHÊ TRỨNG aka Egg Coffee video from our Facebook page. As we joined a cooking class in Hanoi, we got a hold of the most authentic way of making a cup of Egg Coffee that we’ll be sharing with you guys right now. You’ll thank us later.
Last July 2017, we partnered up with Apron Up for a cooking class. The menu was pretty simple, it’s the best Hanoi has to offer. Bun Cha (Grilled Pork Noodles), Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), Nem Ran (Fried Spring Rolls), Nom Du Du (Green Papaya Salad), and Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee).
We crossed the China-Vietnam border by land, from Kunming to Hanoi. Here’s how we did it.
